Who Should Join?
Anyone aged 13 and up interested in improving fitness, reducing stress, and learning basic kickboxing techniques. No prior experience is needed.

What to Expect in Your First Class
The class will begin with a warm-up involving movements like shadowboxing and jump rope exercises. You'll learn basic punches and kicks, which will be practiced on the bag. The class will also include bodyweight exercises such as squats, push-ups, and core exercises to help build strength.

What to Wear

First Class: Comfortable athletic clothing, such as shorts, leggings, and a t-shirt. No shoes are allowed on the mat.

Slides or Flip-Flops: Bring a pair for the bathroom (for hygiene purposes).

After Signing Up: You’ll need hand wraps and boxing gloves.
