This class provides a unique blend of traditional kickboxing, self-defense elements, and cardio training to keep you challenged and engaged. Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, learn effective self-defense, or blow off some steam, Combat Kickboxing is the perfect fit.

What to Expect in Your First Class

What to Wear

  • First Class: Comfortable athletic clothing, such as shorts or leggings and a t-shirt. No shoes are allowed on the mat.

  • Slides or Flip-Flops: Bring a pair for the bathroom (for hygiene purposes).

  • After Signing Up: Hand wraps and boxing gloves will be required.

Gear Requirements

  • Hand Wraps & Boxing Gloves: Required after signing up to protect your hands and wrists during training.

  • Optional Gear: Mouthguard and shin guards are recommended for extra safety during partner drills.

Class Etiquette

  • Check in at the kiosk when you arrive.

  • Respect your training partners by maintaining control during drills and partner work.

  • Wear your shoes to the bathroom for hygiene purposes.

  • Be open-minded and positive—everyone is here to improve and have a good time!
