What to Wear

First Class: Comfortable athletic clothing, such as shorts or leggings and a t-shirt. No shoes are allowed on the mat.

Slides or Flip-Flops: Bring a pair for the bathroom (for hygiene purposes).

After Signing Up: Hand wraps and boxing gloves will be required.

Gear Requirements

Hand Wraps & Boxing Gloves: Required after signing up to protect your hands and wrists during training.

Optional Gear: Mouthguard and shin guards are recommended for extra safety during partner drills.
