What age groups do you offer classes for?
We offer classes for a wide range of age groups, starting from as young as 4 years old to adults. Our classes are tailored specifically to suit the needs of children, teens, and adults.
What styles of martial arts do you teach?
We teach a combination of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Kickboxing, and self-defense skills. Our focus is on practical techniques that promote physical fitness, discipline, and effective self-defense strategies.
Do I need any prior experience to join a class?
No prior experience is necessary! Our classes are designed for beginners as well as experienced martial artists. We provide beginner classes to help you build a strong foundation before moving on to more advanced techniques.
What should I bring to my first class?
For your first class, we recommend bringing comfortable athletic clothing, such as a t-shirt and shorts or leggings. We also provide any required gear for your trial class.
What should I wear for a class?

Judo: You are required to wear a gi for Judo classes. If you do not have one, we can help you purchase it. For your first class, wearing comfortable athletic clothing is fine, but a gi will be required thereafter.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: We offer both gi and no-gi classes. In the warmer months, students can attend no-gi classes wearing a rash guard and shorts. In the colder months, a gi is required. If you are attending your first class, comfortable athletic clothing will suffice, but a gi or proper gear will be needed for subsequent classes.

Little Ninjas (Ages 4-6): We offer both gi and no-gi options for the Little Ninjas class. During the warmer months, students can attend wearing a rash guard and shorts, while a gi is required in the colder months. For the first class, comfortable clothing is fine, but appropriate gear will be needed after that.

Fitness Kickboxing: Comfortable athletic clothing is recommended. For the first class, we can provide gloves if you do not have your own. After that, you will need to purchase your own hand wraps and gloves.

Combat Kickboxing: You need to come prepared with all the necessary equipment, including shorts, a mouthpiece, hand wraps, gloves, and for men, a groin protector. For the first class, you can come with minimal gear, but all required equipment will be needed for continued participation.
Can I try a class before signing up?
Yes! We offer a free trial class so you can experience the atmosphere and training style at our school before committing to a membership.
How much do classes cost, and what are your membership options?
Our membership options vary depending on the number of classes you want to attend per week and the type of class. We offer both monthly memberships and pay-per-class options. Please contact us or visit our pricing page for detailed information.
Do you offer any discounts or family plans?
Yes, we offer family discounts for multiple members joining together. We also have occasional promotions throughout the year, and you can reach out to us for more information.
How do I sign up for a class or membership?
You can sign up for a class or membership directly through our website or by visiting our school. We also have an app for easy class registration and membership management.
Do you offer classes for kids and adults?
Yes, we offer classes for both kids and adults. Our children's program focuses on building confidence, discipline, and foundational skills, while our adult classes are designed to improve fitness, self-defense, and advanced techniques.
What is your cancellation or membership hold policy?
For membership holds, we require you to submit a form with your restart date, and for cancellations, the form must be submitted at least one week prior to your next billing cycle. You can access the Hold/Cancel form on our website.
How can I register my child for the daycare jiu-jitsu program?
You can register your child by contacting us directly or by signing up through our app. Our daycare jiu-jitsu program brings our instructors to the daycare, providing a convenient way for your child to learn valuable martial arts skills.
What safety measures are in place during classes?
Safety is our top priority. All of our instructors are experienced and trained to ensure a safe learning environment. We also use high-quality mats and enforce rules that promote safe practices during training.
How often should I attend classes to see improvement?
We recommend attending at least 2-3 classes per week for optimal progress. Consistent practice is key to seeing improvement in both skills and fitness levels.
Can parents watch their child’s classes?
Yes, parents are welcome to watch their child’s classes. We have a designated viewing area where you can comfortably observe your child's progress.
